Easy Baked Cabbage
Thick cabbage wedges roasted at high heat until caramelised.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 275°C.
- Cut the cabbage into thick wedges, keeping the core intact so they hold together.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes per side (20 minutes total).
