Easy Baked Cabbage

Thick cabbage wedges roasted at high heat until caramelised.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 275°C.
  2. Cut the cabbage into thick wedges, keeping the core intact so they hold together.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on both sides and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes per side (20 minutes total).
